Her journey inspired her to start Glow Within and bring greater awareness to this often-misunderstood condition. It's important to recognize the impact that endometriosis can have on the lives of those affected by it, and to work towards finding better treatments and support for those living with this condition.

In support of NEDIC and NEDA’s eating disorder awareness weeks, Rachelle Potter, a registered personal trainer and massage therapist gracefully talks about her journey with struggling and recovery from an eating disorder.

“After struggling with an eating disorder, Rachelle realized how much her relationship with her body and food was intertwined with exercise. Through consistent strength training, Rachelle was able to see her body's capabilities and how it could thrive when properly nourished. It was a complete shift in mindset for Rachelle, and she found herself using exercise as a form of self-care and self-love instead of punishment.”
